Scuba Diving Videos - Our Favorite YouTube Clips

We love watching scuba diving videos involving the favorite dive sites of British Columbia.

For those divers who may think our waters are cold and barren, or void of interesting marine life, we highly recommend you spend a few minutes watching these Youtube scuba videos.

Unfortunatley, none of these were taken by us. However we salute and thank those who took the videos and posted them on Youtube.

We have added the occasional link to a relevant dive video throughout this diving in British Columbia site, but will list those we really enjoyed here:

This is our favorite scuba video so far - Why Dive in Canada, Isn't it cold?

The video gives you a brief glimpse above and below the waters of British Columbia and shows why British Columbia is such a great place to dive.

Apparently the filming was done in the Port Hardy area.

Makes you want to dive in BC, doesn't it?

If you happen to like looking at all types of colorful marine life while seals and sealions are swimming all around you, then you might like this scuba video.

This was filmed around the Race Rocks dive site near Victoria, British Columbia on Vancouver Island.

Another beautiful British Columbia dive video, set to relaxing music.

This video has lots on nice colors, great marine life, and makes me want to dive right in.

What do you think?

We're not sure where it was filmed, but it has a great scene of one of our Giant Pacific Octopus.

This scuba video is a little more 'up-beat' and is set to music by Queen.

The dive video is of the former HMCS Saskatchewan near Nanaimo, British Columbia, and gives you a pretty good idea of how exciting it is to dive on these wrecks.

This video, called "The Emerald Sea - B.C. Underwater" is another great example of what scuba diving in British Columbia has to offer.

The video is a little long, around 9 minutes, but is definitely worth watching.

Dive the former HMCS Chaudiere on the Sunshine Coast with this next long YouTube dive video.

This video is also long but gives you a pretty good idea of the magnitude of these British Columbia artificial wrecks. There is life everywhere and new additions are arriving daily.

Remember though, these are wrecks and they are deep - ensure you have the proper dive training and equipment.

My favorite underwater video is still Why Dive in Canada - Isn't It Cold? (No it's not!)
